Cake

 

This little guy is determined to make mom a cake for her birthday and it looks like he might not have done so bad. Original is pencil sketch colored with colored pencils then scanned into Photoshop where I cleaned it up and added more color to make it "snap" more.

 

Sorry, sometimes doesn't mean much

 

Looking at all the great post for this weeks subject I thought I'd check out the "not so popular" side of sorry. Sorry, someone had to do it. It's easy to say "sorry" but so many times you know people are just saying it cause it's expected. They are not really sorry at all. Like this guy....You know darn well he stepped on that poor cats tail on purpose.he,he!SORRY

Been working on my drawing skills alot lately and really needed to put in some time on animals and people. Did 14 years of architecture so I've got backgrounds and all that down but, was definately weak on the animals and people. Here is a pencil sketch I did of a "wabbit" working from a photograph. You see, got a long way to go. I feel good about my drawing though. Definately feel I'm making progress.
